At ILUNION Hotels, we have always focused on people. Our priority is to take care of your well-being and that of your loved ones so that you can keep travelling and enjoying special moments with us, as you have always done. This objective makes us strive every day to ensure the health and safety of our guests and employees. That is why we are following the guidelines of the World Health Organization and the health authorities in our establishments.

We have created a safety protocol following the recommendations of the prevention area of the Quirón Group to guarantee the maximum safety and wellbeing of our clients, workers and suppliers in all our hotels. We inform you about these measures in safety and hygiene:





GENERAL PREVENTION MEASURES



• Maintaining a safety distance of 2 metres.
• Cleaning and disinfection plan with virucide authorised by the Ministry of Health
• Air conditioning and ventilation of the establishment on a continuous basis
• Hand sanitiser provided in all common areas
• Installation of disinfectant mats at the external entrances to the hotel
• All our employees are equipped with PPE and have been trained in safety


CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT MEASURES



• We recommend paying by card or with mobile devices to avoid handling cash
• Safety distance measures by means of floor markings and installation of protective screens
• Cleaning and disinfection measures for electronic equipment, keys and pens after each use
• Hand sanitiser available next to the reception desk
• A container is provided for returning the keys and for subsequent disinfection

ROOM MEASURES



• Disinfection of all elements in the room between guest stays
• Daily ventilation of all rooms
• Disinfection of textiles
• Installation of non-handled rubbish bins
• Reduced number of decorative elements and unnecessary material due to safety reasons
• Use of personal protective equipment by cleaning staff at all times

COMMON AREAS



• Limited use of space on a temporary basis for customer safety
• Lifts for individual or family use
• Disinfection of common areas according to the cleaning and disinfection plan
• Analysis and identification of the capacity of the different rooms of the hotel
• Installation of non-handled rubbish bins

CATERING



• Personalised table service
• Table and chair distribution to ensure safety distance between customers
• Capacity control by means of shifts and reservations
• Replacement of common elements with single sachets
• Sterilisation of all dishes used
• Use of personal protective equipment by catering staff at all times

LEISURE, ENTERTAINMENT and EVENTS



• Capacity control in swimming pools
• Adaptation of the entertainment activities, ensuring social distancing
• Limitation of services on a temporary basis to ensure customer safety
• Design and planning of events in compliance with hygienic-sanitary measures
• Reconfiguration of the distribution of material in work meetings
